HUMAN RESOURCES STATEMENT
The strength of our company stems from our work force, and we pay particular attention to ensuring that our organizational structure is clearly defined, while at the same time having the flexibility to meet the particular requirements of our projects and clients.
Our Corporate Organization is structured on traditional lines, with the primary departments for Procurement, Finance and Administration, providing functional services and support to projects.
Since most of our activities entail projects, personnel contracts are arranged to correspond to the duration of assignments. We also use interim workers, particularly local residents. This approach provides the necessary flexibility and adaptability that our business requires. In addition, by subcontracting certain functions, our number of permanent and temporary employees has remained stable .
Our recruitment policy, backed by competitive compensation packages comprising variable wage components, such as bonuses, allows rewarding individual performance.
Our human resources policy has three main objectives: identifying individuals with high potential, integrating them into its corporate culture and providing them with complimentary training, which enable us to select personnel based on their motivation and personal qualities, and integrate them into activities corresponding to our areas of expertise.
