1. TRADING

Procurement, financing and supply of oilfield and industrial equipment & supplies. Our activities include supply of products and services required by the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power industries; in association with our partners and reliable principals, offering broad support through strong relations, extensive resources and professional assistance. We also engage in procurement and trade of surplus oilfield materials such as pipes, valves, accessories, as well as all kinds of industrial equipment, and we own 3 yards in Amghara area for storage sand sale of these goods to oil industry contractors & vendors, and we have been exporting to other countries such as India, Pakistan, Korea, Jordan, Egypt, and all GCC countries.

2. MARINE SERVICES

Mubarakia Marine Services Co. has obtained certification by the International Diving Contractors Association since 1995, and has since then maintained this certification.

Our MARINE SERVICES activities includes the following:

I. CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE FACILITIES:

a. Hydrographic survey, soil investigation and pile testing
b. Design of facilities and associated infrastructure
c. Dredging and land reclamation
d. Construction of brake waters, groins and wave breakers
e. Installation of pre-cast walls, quay walls and deck slabs Fabrication and erection of jetties and pile driving
f. Installation of marinas, timber decking, fenders and pier furniture

II. OFFSHORE SUPPORT SERVICES :

a. Underwater inspection, repair, construction support services and salvaging
b. Charter of tugs, barges, floating cranes and offshore support vessels
c. Provision of divers and equipment

3. INDUSTRIAL AND FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Our Ahmadi facility started by our parent company in 1986 for the production of prefabricated structural steel; however, favorable market developments have encouraged the company to enter into fabrication of process piping and equipment for our projects and for other customers.

We have supplied over 10,000 tons of quality finished products and have gone through several upgrades to enable the division of continuous growth and to keep the level of quality that it is known for.

Our services include:

I. MAJOR FABRICATION, INSTALLATION, ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF OILFIELD, PROCESS PLANT AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES:

a. Fabrication and erection of static & rotating process equipment

b. Associated services, such as surface preparation, coating, and wrapping

c. Commissioning and maintenance of plant facilities

II. PIPE - LAYING , COMMISSIONING , AND MAINTENANCE OF PIPELINE NETWORKS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES:

a. Excavation, trenching and earthworks

b. Pipe-laying and fabrication & installation of pipeline equipment

c. Pipeline maintenance: clamping, patching, hot-tapping, cold-cutting, sandblasting, coating, and wrapping

d. Commissioning: testing, flushing, and pigging

4. PROVISION OF SPECIALIZED SERVICES

Our aim is to be a company capable of providing a single reliable source that can professionally provide logistical support services, including labor camp accommodation facilities, catering, transportation, medical services, and other associated administrative services.

Furthermore, we have had successful secondment services for the oil industry, whereby we have subcontracted the provision of specialist personnel in a wide range of disciplines, for short and long durations.

5. HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Our steady growth and expansion has transformed the company to be one of the major marine construction companies in Kuwait. This has lead to a policy of investment in equipment and an expansion in company resources, and the development of additional rental services to other contractors and customers.

We maintain a strong and dependable fleet of various earthmoving equipment, construction support equipment and various cranes ranging up to 400 tons with special attachment to handle difficult site conditions.
